The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment, non-refundable or deposit:

- Free Cancellation and Amendment (7 days in-advance notification is required)
- No Refund (100% charge will be applied for no show booking)

Your credit card may be checked (pre-authorized) to ensure that it is valid and/or that sufficient funds are available.
PLEASE NOTE:
A credit card must be presented upon check-in. Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified.
FREE transportation conditions
- Stay 3 Nights consecutively, Free one-way drop-off Service for all room types
- Stay 5 Nights consecutively, Free one round trip pick-up and drop-off service for all room types
Remark: 72 hrs. notice is required for arrangement

When staying at least 3 nights consecutively, you will get a free room upgrade;

GENERAL POLICY:
Check-In time at 14:00 hours and Check-Out time at 12:00 hours (noon)
Any special request is subject to availability
POLICY ON EXTRA BED:
One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on the condition that no extra bed will be provided.
An extra person will be charged THB1,000 per night for an extra bed including one more set of room facilities and breakfast.
Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
