The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment, non-refundable or deposit:

- No Refund (100% charge will be applied for no show booking)

A credit card must be presented upon check-in. Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified.

- Stay 5 Nights consecutively, Free one round trip pick-up and drop-off service for all room types

GENERAL POLICY:
Check-In time at 14:00 hours and Check-Out time at 12:00 hours (noon)
Any special request is subject to availability
POLICY ON EXTRA BED:
One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on the condition that no extra bed will be provided.
An extra person will be charged THB1,000 per night for an extra bed including one more set of room facilities and breakfast.
Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
