- 1st night will be charged for any cancellation
- All nights will be charged for No-show
- 7 days in advance is required for any amendment

A credit card must be presented upon check-in. Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified.

POLICY ON EXTRA BED:
One child under 10 years old stays free of charge on the condition that no extra bed will be provided. An extra person will be charged THB1,000 per night for an extra bed including one more set of room facilities and breakfast. Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
