Credit card must be presented upon check-in. Guest name and credit card name must be the same or the credit card copy with signature to be clarified.

FREE room upgrade conditions

When stay at least 2 nights consecutively, you will get free room upgrade;

1. Upgrade to Grand Deluxe Room when you complete booking for Deluxe Room
2. Upgrade to Premier Room when you complete booking for Grand Deluxe Room

POLICY ON EXTRA BED:

One child under 12 years old stays free of charge on condition that no extra bed will be provided.

Extra person will be charged THB800 per night for an extra bed including one more set of room facilities and breakfast.

Only one extra bed or one cot/crib will be permitted in each room.
