The following restrictions apply on any reservation that requires a full payment with 1st night non-refundable

- 1st Night Nonrefundable and 100% charge upon booking made
- Check-in Time: 14:00
- Check-out Time: 12:00
- Special Requests are subject to availability
- 1st night will be charged for any cancellation
- All nights will be charged for No-show
- 7 days in advance is required for any amendment
